Start on whichever plan you like. You can move up or down at any time from settings, and the change applies straight away.
The cost of a run is shown before it starts. Nothing is charged that you did not see.
Reserved when you submit, returned on their own when a run fails. A safety refusal counts as a failure.
Less the credits used. Failed runs never count against it. The Terms say the same in full.

Every run is quoted before it starts and only charged if it finishes. The four photographs below were made with GPT-Image 2, which is 24 credits at 1024 × 768, 34 square, and 65 at 4K. A photograph on NanoBanana is 7; on GPT-Image 1.5 it is 2. Video starts at 6 credits a second on Veo 3.1 Lite Image → Video.

Plain answers
Is there a free plan?
No. Every run costs real compute, so every plan is paid. Core is $12 a month and the first photograph is a few minutes away.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time from settings, up or down. The change applies straight away.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Generation stops until the plan renews. Nothing is charged on its own, ever. Top-ups are coming very soon.
Do credits roll over?
No. They reset when the plan renews.
What if a run fails?
If the provider fails, the credits come straight back. You are only charged for runs that finish.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from settings. Cancelling stops the renewal, and you keep everything until the period ends.
Is there a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of a payment. The refund is the payment less the value of the credits you used, and once you have used more than half of the month's credits, that payment is no longer refundable.
Can I use the photographs commercially?
Yes. You own what you make, on every plan.
